Certified Nursing Assistant- $22 – $25/hour
Licensed Practical Nurse- $40 – $45/hour
Registered Nurse- $50 – $70/hour Licensed New Grads

- Proof of Vaccination
- 2 copies of your resume
- NY State Photo ID
- Social Security card
- CNA/LPN/RN license and registration
- Two Typed Professional Reference letters
- Physical exam in the last 10 months, PPD and MMR, varicella, Hep B, Drug screening lab works
- School diploma or completion
- CPR /BCLS Card (Optional)
