(New York, NY) Represent tech. co’s in cross-border &
dom. litig. matters involv. patent infringement, validity, enforceability in
U.S. & abroad. Advise clients re: strategic decisions to enforce patent
portfolios & resolve disputes rel. to complex technologies. Analyze patent
infringement claims & defenses. Prepare pleadings & motions, incl. drafting
& responding to complaints, claim construction, motions to dismiss, motions
for summary judgment. Oversee fact & expert discovery, incl. propounding &
responding to interrogatories, requesting & reviewing technical docs,
preparing & conducting depositions of fact & expert witnesses. Prepare
for trial, post-trial, appellate work, settlement negotiations. $310,000 per
